How it Works
Welcome to Our Christmas Art Shop!
Your child has created something truly special, and we’re excited to turn their artwork into beautiful keepsakes and gifts. This page will guide you through our simple ordering process.
Important:
The proof sheet sent home shows your child artwork as it will be printed on the range of items, as well as the spelling of their name, their school and their class. If ANY of these items are incorrect you need to contact us before proceeding. Please email vikki@bollingtonprintshop.co.uk, include your child’s unique code and the changes that need to be made. You will then be sent a new proof. Only once you are 100% happy do you them get ready to shop!
EXTRA IMPORTANT INFORMATION: It has been brought to our attention that some proofs have the wrong school and dates on the “how to order” side! The irony of this error has not been lost on us! We can only apologise for this error. However, this does not affect your order, simply note the deadlines and delivery dates for your school when you come to place your order (there is a drop down box).
To start shopping: You Need Your Child’s Unique Code. This code is specific to one child only

How Our Ordering System Works
One Child, One Order
Our system is designed for one child’s artwork per order. This means:
You CAN:
• Order multiple products featuring the same child’s artwork
• Add different quantities of items (e.g., 2 mugs + 1 t-shirt + Christmas cards)
• Choose from our full range of products
• Order for grandparents, family, and friends using the same code
You CANNOT:
• Mix different children’s artwork in one order
• Use multiple codes in a single purchase
• Order products without entering a valid artwork code
Have Multiple Children at the School?
No problem! You’ll just need to place separate orders for each child:
Complete your first child’s order using their code
Start a new order for your second child using their code
